Turn Groundhawk’s portal into a dependable daily tool for crews and coordinators - reducing friction in the field, simplifying admin work, and supporting growth across markets.
Field-first workflows
Put the right context on the map and keep actions to a minimum.
We streamlined the main tasks - finding jobs, reviewing utility information, updating status, and attaching evidence - so field users can move quickly without digging through menus. Map views highlight the essentials for each job, and status changes reflect immediately in the coordinator’s dashboard to keep everyone aligned.
The result is less back-and-forth and fewer delays when conditions change on site.
Configuration without chaos
Powerful admin tools, guarded by roles and audit history.
We designed configuration screens that let administrators manage asset types, forms, and workflow states while keeping everyday users on a safe, guided path. Changes are traceable and permissions are scoped, so regional rules can differ without affecting other teams.
Clear boundaries make it easier to evolve the system without disrupting deliveries in progress.
Data in, value out
Device readings and external APIs become actionable information.
We tightened the contracts between the portal and backend services, normalising device data and surfacing validation errors where users can act on them. When integrations are slow or intermittent, the UI explains what’s happening and offers safe retries instead of dead ends.
This keeps the portal responsive while preserving data quality and compliance expectations.
