About the client
Puhujatori offers keynote speakers, hosts and trainers to all kinds of events. Puhujatori's team has delivered speakers already to over 3000 different events. The team has over 15 years of experience in the business and they know how to deliver quality content.
Problem
Puhujatori wanted to move from a catalogue to a product: discovery, shortlisting, and structured enquiries - all on mobile. There was no existing backend to lean on, and the system had to support rich speaker profiles, fast search, role-based editing, and a future path for video content.
Approach
We designed and built the entire stack end-to-end. Domain modelling (speakers, topics, tags, formats, fees, enquiries), a clean API for mobile, and an admin console for content and approvals. On the app side, a React Native experience focused on the flow planners use daily: search → compare → request. Search was tuned for real-world input and filters; profiles were designed to convert interest into concrete enquiries.

From brand to data model to app.
We mapped how bookings really happen and turned it into software.
The backend defines the source of truth - profiles, topics, pricing hints, availability notes, and enquiries - exposed through a stable API. Editors work in a focused console with drafts and safe publishing, so the catalogue stays consistent without spreadsheet creep.
The mobile app carries the experience to phone and tablet: typo-tolerant search, purposeful filters, and profiles that answer the questions planners actually ask.

Results update quickly as planners refine topic, budget, language, and format. Profiles highlight proof - talk themes, audience fit, travel region, and indicative fees - so shortlists form fast. The enquiry step sends a structured brief to the backend, giving coordinators everything needed for a concrete proposal instead of a long email thread.
Media sections are modular. When Puhujatori is ready to publish video, the app simply feels richer - no replatforming required.
